New Term Starts!
It is great to welcome some new young people to the Headspace Wellbeing Programme this half term starting off with making mood boards ☺️
The work we do in our groups will be help open up conversations around feelings, worries and insecurities and allow the opportunity to learn some valuable skills to help manage anger, anxiety and boost self esteem.
Whether this is through bushcraft, cooking, craft or gardening activities, will will be supporting over 30 young people over the next few weeks, we hope that the time spent with our caring and supportive team will make a difference💜
