Neurographic Art

Neurographic art work - a meditative and intuitive artistic process which creates mindfulness and peace.

The young people who join us for the craft Wellbeing group each thought of something that was bothering them and then drew continuous lines, rounded off the straight lines and painted their creations afterwards 🎨

The whole process is linked to awakening dormant neuroconnections to stimulate positive change.

The group really thought about what they were doing, created some great designs and all returned back to The Cotswold School chatting and full of energy 🥰

If you have a young person who is struggling with low self-esteem, low confidence or anxiety and would benefit from support either from the Headspace counsellor or one of our Wellbeing groups, take a look at our website for further information where you’ll also find the referral forms.
